Sweet and Spicy Jicama Salad
Ingredients:
Mixed greens
peeled and sliced into matchstick-sized bites Jicama
hulled pumpkin seeds/ Toasted pepitas
Sliced fresh Strawberries
Preparations
Combine all ingredients except oil in a blender. With machine running, slowly dribble in olive oil and blend for a minute to combine.
